I have known Erinn for a number of years and have been employed by her and her wonderful Dental Express Staffing Agency. They have always been helpful and appreciative of staff, employees, temps, Doctors and Offices. Every office I have been sent to loves working with her agency, staff and employees that have been sent to the offices. I love that they work around our schedules and try to make sure we are kept busy on the days we are available and able to work for the company. They are super easy to work with and the hygienists that have asked me about the company and temping have now completely moved to temping to work around their personal family/home schedules and needs. They all love it as well as I. If you are looking for a way to work around your needs and schedules, please do not hesitate to contact them, there may be something out there for you and don’t be surprised if you decide to switch to this. The 5 individuals that have asked me about temping are now temping for Dental Express Staffing and love every minute of it. The past 11 years have gone by quickly, and I have enjoyed representing Dental Express out in the field. I love that I can balance my hygiene career with another career in real estate. Both careers have great flexibility and work well together. DE has an attentive and caring staff that is always there for me. When my mom was ill and then passed away last January, I had to call to cancel a few of my scheduled days. The staff was always very understanding and caring through that time. I truly appreciate the time Carolyn and Sarah took to express their concern during that time period. I am grateful there is always someone to call or text that will respond when there is a snowstorm, an illness, or just running a few minutes late. I know there are other agencies out there that are not as available with such personalized service. I feel like DE is an extended family. DE is a loyal company that takes care of their staff with integrity, honesty and respect for the profession.

I have enjoyed working for Dental Express. I never feel pressured to work more than I want to or am able to. Dental Express makes it so easy to pick up extra shifts when I want them. They take care of all of the details as far as information is needed for going into an office. I used to do a lot of temping on my own but with Dental Express I do not have to negotiate pay with each office and I get a paycheck every week. Dental Express is a great company to work for and I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I have had an amazing time with DES over the past 4 years. Traveling the State of WI, meeting different people, making connections & seeing new areas has been very rewarding. The flexibility of my schedule is so helpful, especially for life’s unexpected moments. *life throws curve balls, once in a while 😉 But DES is always there.

I have been a dental assistant for 9 years, and I truly love my career. Working with Dental Express Staffing has taken me further than I ever imagined. In just 9 months, I’ve gained hands-on experience with procedures like oral surgeries and implants—things I never thought I’d be capable of doing so quickly.
