I spent the majority of my career in the same office so upon my dentist's retirement, I wanted a little more freedom in my schedule. I have enjoyed being able to schedule my own time and gaining the confidence to walk into any office and go to work. I especially enjoy the variety that comes from traveling to different offices. I have found DES to be very supportive with my concerns and have been able to stay as busy as I have wanted for the past six years. DES is a wonderful company to work for!!

The past 11 years have gone by quickly, and I have enjoyed representing Dental Express out in the field. I love that I can balance my hygiene career with another career in real estate. Both careers have great flexibility and work well together. DE has an attentive and caring staff that is always there for me. When my mom was ill and then passed away last January, I had to call to cancel a few of my scheduled days. The staff was always very understanding and caring through that time. I truly appreciate the time Carolyn and Sarah took to express their concern during that time period. I am grateful there is always someone to call or text that will respond when there is a snowstorm, an illness, or just running a few minutes late. I know there are other agencies out there that are not as available with such personalized service. I feel like DE is an extended family. DE is a loyal company that takes care of their staff with integrity, honesty and respect for the profession.
