Employee Testimonials

I have enjoyed working for Dental Express. I never feel pressured to work more than I want to or am able to. Dental Express makes it so easy to pick up extra shifts when I want them. They take care of all of the details as far as information is needed for going into an office. I used to do a lot of temping on my own but with Dental Express I do not have to negotiate pay with each office and I get a paycheck every week. Dental Express is a great company to work for and I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I have had an amazing time with DES over the past 4 years. Traveling the State of WI, meeting different people, making connections & seeing new areas has been very rewarding. The flexibility of my schedule is so helpful, especially for life’s unexpected moments. *life throws curve balls, once in a while 😉 But DES is always there.

I spent the majority of my career in the same office so upon my dentist's retirement, I wanted a little more freedom in my schedule. I have enjoyed being able to schedule my own time and gaining the confidence to walk into any office and go to work. I especially enjoy the variety that comes from traveling to different offices. I have found DES to be very supportive with my concerns and have been able to stay as busy as I have wanted for the past six years. DES is a wonderful company to work for!!

I left my full-time job to work for Dental Express so I would have the flexibility to help my husband run our kayak business during the summer and have time to visit out of town family during the winter. I love the value and appreciation Dental Express has for me, and the fact that they can give me a schedule that works with my busy life.

Jayna tells us that being employed by Dental Express Staffing has given her a stronger work/life balance and allows her to overcome burnout. Jayna says, “The flexibility is truly unmatched! It has been a pleasure to network with other dental professionals and experience technologies I may not have otherwise experienced. The staff is great to work with and I truly feel appreciated as an employee.

Working with Dental Express has been a wonderful part of my professional journey. They create an environment that is flexible, supportive, and truly understanding of the demands many hygienists face. Their smooth scheduling process, open communication, and consistent encouragement allow me to focus on providing the best care possible. I’m grateful to work with an agency that not only values professionalism, but also genuinely cares about the people they serve.

Erinn and the entire staff have been amazing to work for. They are quick to help find job assignments that work with my schedule. We get quarterly bonuses, CE assistance and so much more!

There are many reasons why I love working for Dental Express! Two major reasons are this company really cares about their employees, and the flexibility! My family and I are missionaries serving in Iquitos, Peru. We bounce back and forth (America and Peru) 3-4 times per year and working for DES allow us to do this!
